Delivery time & shipping costs

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 4:00 PM on workdays the same day. However, we are not always able to achieve this, sometimes products are out of stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is given on the product page. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery is via the parcel deliverer of DHL, PostNL, DPD or UPS. In general, delivery time is between 1-3 working days and will be delivered between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Shipping costs are free within the Netherlands and Belgium from €49. If the total purchase amount is less than €49, the shipping costs will be €3.95.
